Gavin MacGregor joined as Principal in 2023, following six years of leadership at a London school. As Principal, he is dedicated to fostering an inclusive learning environment at KJS and building strong community partnerships to enrich students' educational experiences.

Ciarian Fay has been a valued member of the KJS community since 2010, taking on the role of Vice Principal. He oversees Years 3 and 4, and serves as line manager for the Learning Enhancement team and is the school’s lead for Safeguarding and a child protection officer.

Dawn Doucette joined KJS in 2009 having previously worked at Kennedy School. As Vice Principal, she oversees Years 1 and 2, is one of our school child protection officers and leads the admissions process. Dawn is passionate about early years education, championing a strong focus on play-based learning to nurture young students' development and creativity.

Andy Eastwood joined KJS in 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from various ESF schools including Discovery College and Sha Tin Junior School. As Vice Principal, he leads Years 5 and 6 and serves as the school's PYP coordinator. Andy is dedicated to fostering inquiry-based learning.
